In keeping with a growing tradition of collaborative work between Ko50 and the VBS Schüttausstraße, we at Ko50 were delighted to welcome VBS class 4a for a school visit and reading exchange. The VBS children were shown around our school, which included seeing some fun experiments with Mr Rendchen in the physics lab, before reading English books with 4b in the school library. The children got to know each other and the VBS pupils were able to learn about our school from the teachers and pupils. The VBS pupils also brought letters, written in English, for our first class pupils to read and reply to.
Thank you to Lissette Waldenberger for once again facilitating this visit, and to Isabella Haydn and Tamara Joseph for coming to visit us with your class. We look forward to another visit soon in 2015!
